Refund Policy

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All new Pro and Elite subscriptions are covered by a no-questions-asked 14-day refund guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will issue a full refund.
1. Eligibility
Refunds are available for:
- New Pro or Elite subscriptions within the first 14 days of the initial charge
- Cases where the Service experienced extended downtime (>24 hours) during your billing period
- Accidental duplicate charges
2. How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@theflightagent.app with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
- The email address associated with your account
- The date of the charge
- Brief reason (optional — but helps us improve)
We will process your refund within 5 business days and confirm via email. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Lemon Squeezy.
3. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges immediately. Your access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing cycle. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of an active billing period unless covered under Section 1.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not provided for:
- Requests made after 14 days from the initial charge
- Renewal charges (subsequent monthly payments after the first)
- Flight price changes after an alert has been delivered — we monitor prices but do not control airline pricing
- Failure to cancel before a renewal date
- Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service
5. Flight & Hotel Bookings
Flight and hotel bookings made through The Flight Agent are separate from your subscription and are not covered by the 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee above. When you book, your reservation is fulfilled by our travel partners (the operating airline or hotel and our booking provider) and is governed by that provider's fare rules and the airline's or hotel's own terms and conditions.
- Cancellations and changes are subject to the airline's or hotel's rules for the specific fare or rate you booked. Many discounted fares are non-refundable or carry change/cancellation fees set by the airline — not by us.
- Refunds, where the fare rules permit them, are processed through the relevant travel partner and may take additional time to reach your original payment method.
- To request a cancellation, change, or refund for a booking, use the "Get help with this booking" button in your account (or email support) and include your booking reference. We will action it with the travel partner on your behalf.
- The Flight Agent does not control airline schedules, cancellations, or pricing. For schedule changes or disruptions on or near your travel date, please also contact the operating airline directly using your booking reference (PNR).
6. Free Plan
The Individual (Free) plan has no charges and is therefore not subject to this refund policy.
