By accessing or using The Flight Agent ("Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and subscribers.
The Flight Agent is an AI-powered flight price monitoring platform. Users configure automated "scouts" that continuously monitor flight prices between specified routes and send alerts when prices drop below a defined budget. We do not sell airline tickets directly. All bookings are completed by the user via third-party providers.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@theflightagent.app if you suspect unauthorised access.
The Flight Agent offers the following subscription tiers:
Additional scouts beyond your plan limit are available at $5/scout/month. All payments are processed securely via Lemon Squeezy. Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your billing dashboard.
Flight prices and availability change in real time. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that prices identified by our scouts will remain available at the time of booking. All bookings are made at your own risk via external platforms. The Flight Agent is not responsible for any price changes between alert delivery and purchase.
All content, software, branding, and technology comprising the Service are the property of The Flight Agent and its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written permission. User-submitted data (flight preferences, budget settings) remains your property; you grant us a limited licence to use it solely to operate the Service on your behalf.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the Service. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings, which will immediately remove all associated data from our systems.
The Flight Agent is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including missed flights, travel disruptions, or financial losses arising from use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sri Lanka, without regard to conflict of law principles.
